More than one thing

I have a tendency to organize myself around whatever question is in front of me. For a while that question might be how to build an AI system, make a Frenchcore remix, understand a market, or figure out why a story affected me the way it did.

Those interests do not always point toward the same future, and I do not think they need to. Some become projects. Some become habits. Some stay private interests that make an ordinary week feel more like mine.

I do not want to turn every part of my life into a credential, a side hustle, or evidence that I am improving. Music can be music. Swimming can be a reminder that consistency matters even when progress is hard to see. Stories can be worth following because they change how I pay attention to people.

The common thread is not productivity. It is attention: giving something enough time to understand it, make a version of it, or notice what it changes in me. I want work that keeps me learning and useful, with enough room outside work to remain more than one thing.
